I tried the “insanity” workout for the first time today.
And holy fuck. I got 5 minutes in and had to take a break. I went another 5 minutes and then just gave up entirely.
I’m currently drenched in sweat and still a bit shakey.
I feel completely defeated, but at the same time very motivated because I know that I can only up from here.
I’m taking an hour breather and then I’m going back at it.
Is it sad?
Is it sad that I don’t even have the energy to cut tonight?
I feel too mentally and physically exhausted to even walk to where the razor is.
I’m just going to sit here longer.
